Returns Policy
Customers have a withdrawal period of 15 days from the date of receipt within
which the purchase may be revoked and the company will refund the amount
paid. After the receipt of the return, the company undertakes to refund it.
There are no refunds for custom-made products.
Warranty
In the event of a defective product, the company will proceed as appropriate
with the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or resolution of the
purchase, which will be free for the consumer. The company is responsible for
any non-conformities that occur within 15 days of delivery.
Payment Terms and Conditions
The customer declares that he/she has full capacity to make the purchase,
being of legal age and in possession of a valid credit or debit card issued by a
bank that is acceptable to the company. The Customer guarantees and is
responsible for ensuring that all data provided on his/her card is valid.
