T-Code Box Awning
About this project
The terrace area faces south and gets very hot in summer with the sun hitting directly where there is most activity. The interior of the home also gets very hot. To remedy this, two motor-powered box awnings were installed to cover the entire space.
Once folded, they have the appearance of an overhang thanks to their straight, minimalist lines.
